We celebrated our last summer night with a fancy "last supper" of our own. The kids loved drinking orange soda from a goblet. Did you know adding candles and goblets makes any night fancy?
Then we headed to the backyard for rocket balloon fun. This inexpensive toy has given us hours of entertainment!
Here's our 1st grader!
We took him to school for the first week. here's the line he had to stand in. He looks a little anxious
Melting in the hot sun-Chase was freaking out. :)
Off he goes! Luckily about 1/2 of his class was in his class last year.
Picking him up from school. He loved his teacher and his first day!

After some bribery I got this shot. Worth the wait.

The party looks fun. And we can't stop laughing at the picture of Chasey looking at the wall.
Thos pics of Chase remind me of a Christmas card comment my friend Callie made about her three-year old. She said "we can't decide if Ila is bipolar or if she's just three."
