My girl has brown eyes. 
We weren't sure if she was hazel or brown, but just today she was staring so intensely at me (that I thought perhaps she saw my soul) and her big eyes were just dark as chocolate. I have my very own "Brown Headed Kid." (my family nickname as a child)
