Disney Cruise Part 1

I am so behind on blogging-so here goes nothing! Back in April we met with my sister Stacey and her family, my parents, and Miss Lexi Lou to do another Disney Cruise! Of course it was awesome. Here we are excited at the airport.

Getting ready to take off!
The 2 big kids kept busy.
At the Orlando Airpot. We fly into Orlando the day before and stay in the hotel in the aiport. It's alot of fun b/c we meet all of the family there and swim in the pool which is on the roof of the hotel! Killing time and being silly!

Cool fish tank in the food court.
Waiting for the Wolfe's.

Cute girlies! Once the Wolfe's got there we had their 2 big kids watch all the kids and the 4 adults went to dinner for Ben's b-day.

Hooray! We're on the Disney Cruise Line bus!!

My parents drove from Alabama so we met them at the Cruise Terminal. You walk through those Mickey Mouse ears onto the Cruise ship!!!
This time we went on the new ship the Disney Fantasy. It was gorgeous and Disney just does it right.
The 2 girls in the dresses I made. Molly is Minnie and Eliza is Mickey. They had so much fun together.
When you embark there's a poolside party and after all the traveling Eliza just conked out on my dad's shoulder. I'm pretty sure he was in heaven. :)

My cute nephew Jeffery in my parents room. Their window had a seat! How cool is that?!?!

No detail was spared. I can't remember the name of this dining room, but all the chairs were Mickey Mouse! Are you kidding me?!?
Dad and Eliza. Love it. In the background is the interactive "paintings" all over the dining room. All the characters from Nemo were talking to us! Like having a conversation. It was freaky.

Jeff too cool to dance I guess!

We had to get 2 rooms this year, and b/c we booked late we had to get verandahs. Basically I can't go back to any other way. We all slept great having separate spaces. And we were able to have the wall separating our verandah's removed so it was one large balcony. Sooo cool!

Vintage Pic

I guess an old picture of Ty isn't really vintage, but it's when he was about 4 years old. He and Phil went to a Phillies game and Ty caught the ball!! A friend of Phil's found this picture for us and we are so thrilled! At one point we had this game recorded and I accidentally deleted it, so we are glad to have something from this day! How cute is that boy?!?! And how proud is his daddy?

Eliza-isms

I don't want to forget the cute little things she says. She's starting to have her own funny little language that's as laughable as Chase's.
Hungry Hummus = Hungry, Hungry Hippos
Cindegrella
Carade = Parade
Maka Maka = Milk
The Little Wormaid
Last Morning = something that happened a year ago or 5 minutes ago
My Boys or the Boys = Ty and Chase
Excuse me dirtbag = excusing herself for passing wind of some sort
What you said? = What did you say?

The Cubarama

Having grown up in a family of all girls-the whole Boy Scout thing is totally foreign to me. Phil wasn't a Boy Scout either-so we're basically clueless. Ty seems to be loving Cub Scouts. A few weekends back our county had a Cubarama. The name makes me laugh-I know-I need to grow up. So my friend Amy and I took the boys for an afternoon of manliness.
Ty is there in the red hat-these are rubberband rifles. Totally cool! I want my dad to make them for Christmas gifts.
 Rope Tying
Little sailboats. They raced them by blowing on the sails. Fun!

Fishing! And Ty caught his very first fish EVER! So exciting! Although I was totally stressed standing there while 8 yr olds cast their lines. I almost lost an eye a time or two.
I didn't say it was big. It's hanging there on the line. :)
Archery-my personal fav. I loved doing this in P.E. class in Alabama. He has a great shot-just like his mom and dad. For reals!
 Come on-look at that form!
We ended the day w/ the classic tug-of-war. The boys loved it and even earned a badge!

Batsto Village

About a year ago my friend told me about this neat colonial village called Batsto Village in South Jersey. I kept the email she sent marked as unread for a year-and finally we went! it was really cool. Here we are acting like horses in the stalls.
 Neigh!!!
The carpentry barn. I'll bet nobody knows just how ghetto Phil is. Wow.
So quiet and peaceful here. I don't have alot of quiet in my life, so when I get it I savor every freaking second of it.

I was loving all the trees in bloom. No matter how warm it is outside, if Ty has a coat with him he'll wear it.
The mansion of the guy who owned the village. It's been a month so I forget the whole story, but it was a cool story. Trust me.
They sell candy sticks at the Visitors Center. I had to get them b/c I always got those as a kid.
Taking a break at Batsto Lake
Crossing the bridge to the Lumber Mill
I took these pics w/ my dad in mind. He would have enjoyed all the tools in there.
Those are some serious saw blades!!

He was so nervous doing this- and then he was so proud of himself for doing it!
These houses are where all the laborers lived.
Chase ALWAYS shooting at me. ALWAYS.

We did a little hike back to the car. it was such a fun day!
