Doylestown Rules

My little sister Jackie and her husband Doug visited from Virginia, so we decided to make a day out of our old stomping grounds.
We went past our old house, highschool, Kids Castle and made it to a football game! It was good times.

Kids Castle. This is an awesome playground that we from this area need to make a daytrip to. It's only an hour away and it's awesome. This is only about half of it. There's another huge area.

We each model our own interpretation of the strange Jester painting.

Tyler and Doug enjoy the zip-line.

Chase chooses a tuxedo at Ventresca's.

Cyd and Chase.

Too manly to swing I guess? (actually the sad truth the swinging was making Phil nauseated. What an old man.)

The Dunlop girls however can still swing with the best of them. Some sicko took pics of our rears doing this and they've been destroyed. You are evil whoever you are. Jenny, Cyd then Jack.

The 3 cute kiddos. They had the time of their lives.

Phil and Tyler are always jumping. What's with that?

The Alumni. Phil was not comfortable w/ this, but you try arguing w/ 3 determined girls.

Phil's brother Tim is an Asst. Coach for CB East so we met up w/ his wife and daughter. Here's Hunter cheering on the Patriots!

I am hoping only Lexi becomes the cheerleader.

Chase in full Patriots colors.

After the game the kids were able to play on the field under the lights. It was really fun.

Who knew I'd enjoy football this much?!?!?

A day in the life of Chase

This is where you will find him most of the day...He sure loves his "choo choo chains."

Belated First Day of School

He looked so cute I had to post this pic!

A Superhero Turns 5

Today my little buddy Tyler turned 5!

I can't believe how fast the time has gone and how fast he's gone from this...

to this!

He is such an awesome little boy full of wit and humor and oh so smart! (clearly not inherited from me). I'm so happy he's my little guy and love watching him growing into a little person!

To Facebook or Not to Facebook...

THAT is the question.
My friend Candace recently sent me an invitation to be her "friend" on her facebook. Well, in order to look at it I have to create my own profile. Here's the problem. Do I really want to create another distraction in my life? Another reason to tell the kids-hang on I'll be done in a sec? Another thing to keep up and current?
So if you're a true Facebook believer-sell me.

Family Home Evening

Tonight we talked about the Word of Wisdom w/ the boys. This revelation from Joseph Smith tells us that we shouldn't drink alcohol or smoke and that we should eat healthy grains, fruits, veggies, etc.
So we were covering this and I asked Tyler "what does the Word of Wisdom say we shouldn't do?" He hesitated and said, "ride motorcycles?"

I guess we've got some more work to do. (although maybe it should also include motorcycles :))
P.S. Dad please note this is a Yamaha.
